WDR 3 Konzert, 16.05.2017 - Arabo-Anatolischer Aufbruch Kavpersaz Emel Mathlouthi Aufnahmen aus dem Thüringer Landestheater mp2>flac

Arabo-Anatolischer Aufbruch - 16.05.2017

Kavpersaz
Yasin Boyraz - Kaval, Erbane; Umut Yilmaz - Baglama; Fethi Ak - Darabukka, Perkussion; Baris Boyraz - Gitarre, Davul
Emel Mathlouthi
Emel Mathlouthi - Gesang, Gitarre; Zied Zouari - Geige, Gesang; Imed Alibi - Perkussion, Gesang; Emmanuel Trouve - Electronics

Festival da jazz St. Moritz 2017 “Mare Nostrum”- Fresu, Galliano & Lundgren mp2>flac

The first album of these three enthusiastic Europeans with access to the Mediterranean was released ten years ago. Since then the trio has played over 150 concerts in over 20 countries. Now comes part two of Mare Nostrum, and again with a top-class musical feast, featuring excellent own compositions as well as two intriguing interpretations of classical tunes. They are drawing a bridge from the 17th to the 20th century, from Claudio Monteverdi’s “Si dolche è il tormento” to Erik Satie’s “Gnossienne No. 1”.

Umbria Jazz 2009: AACM Great Black Music Ensemble Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians Recorded at Teatro Morlacchi, Perugia (Italy) 15 July 2009 FM>FLAC

The AACM Great Black Music Ensemble - 3 days multiple presentations – PROGRAM #3
with MWATA BOWEN, director, and NICOLE MITCHELL, director

Dee Alexander, vocals. Saalik Ziyad, vocals. Taalib-Din Ziyad, vocals. Ann Ward, vocals, pianoforte. Nicole Mitchell, flute, vocals. Douglas R.Ewart, saxophones, flutes, didgeridoo, percussion. Edwin Daugherty, alto saxophone. Ernest Dawkins, alto saxophone. Edward House, tenor saxophone. Mwata Bowden, baritone saxophone, clarinets, didgeridoo. Leon Q.Allen, trumpet. Ben Gay, trumpet. Jerome Crosswell, trumpet. Isaiah Jackson, trombone. George Lewis, trombone, electronics. Renée Baker, violin. Tomeka Reid, cello. Leonard Jones, bass. David Williams, bass. Art Turk Burton, percussion. Dushun Mosley, drums.

The AACM played 6 different shows in three days, with 6 different programs, by six different composer. All six of them will be broadcast by italian radio.
The show was strangely broadcast in two different sets, one after another divided by a station ID and a brief radio intro (between t02 and t03, for just a bit more than a minute) that I edited for continous listening. Later included in the folder, marked as track t00, a long radio introduction in ITALIAN - this intro runs for 7'29", you can skip downloading it if you don't understand italian.
Also included the usual magical cover artwork by FASTONE, whom thanks are advised to.

NOTE:
due to the fact that the radio announcer Pino Saulo says during the introduction of the AACM2 show that "the last song fades out because of recording space and I apologize for the rest of the set not being recorded", I am assuming that all these Umbria Jazz 2009 sets are recorded on removable 80 mins media (such as blank MDs or CDRs). So, the bad news is that these Umbria Jazz sets are all possibly incomplete, and the missing tracks/encores, where there are any, are not even recorded: the good news is that these broadcasts will all fit one only CDR... But, as I said, this is just my assumption.
NOTE: In this case we DO know that the last track of the show is missing - Episode 2 for Creative Ensemble (by Nicole Mitchell).
